We are inspired by the rhythm of the seasons, the quality of the ingredients, the dedication of our producers and suppliers – but above all, by the desires of our guests.
We smell, taste, design, execute, fail, and start again, until we reach a result that both honors and showcases Aegina, the Saronic Gulf, the Attic light, and Mediterranean tradition, and, on the other hand, offers our guests what truly matters: the joy of companionship, of meeting, and – most importantly – of (sharing) meals.
