The building of Panayitsa was constructed in the late 19th century ανδ αmong other things, it operated as a sponge workshop, a paint shop, and a café.
It was renovated in the spring of 2024, preserving its historical features such as the characteristic stone and the details in the wrought iron.
Inside the building, our intention was to revive the home in which we grew up, where we learned to host, cook, and celebrate.
The open kitchen, the lighting, the staircase, the mezzanine, and the wooden ceiling are the key elements that create the atmosphere inside the building.
